I feel like this barely qualifies as anime while also being the most anime thing we've watched period.

How many swords and robots and rollerderby matches does it take to overshadow a mediocre-at-best script?

Hot off the presses! It's the OVA that lead to that major motion picture with the unsettling characters that you saw trailers for during a Star War! It's a cool story, but is a 2 episode OVA enough time to tell it all?

Maybe watching new anime was a mistake. Girly Air Force is about girls who are also airplanes but also aren't and they all love the same boy. I think

Man I think we were all hoping this one was going to turn out relatable, but instead we get a boring anime with an awful protag!

This is precious and perfect and good. This is the most good animes we've ever watched in a row.
